State Party Discretion

While this document serves as the guidelines and rules for how CallHub campaigns should generally be handled, the State Party reserves the right to approve or deny any request for any reason.

Approval Process

The County Party must get approval before sending any texts on the platform. If a County Party moves forward without written approval for their campaign, the KDP reserves the right to disable the user. Should it happen more than once, the KDP can revoke the entire county’s access. Users should submit their approval request HERE

Requests should be made at least 48 hours before the running of their program. Once a request is made, the KDP will review the request within 1-3 business days. During that time, additional information may be asked to be provided. Once reviewed, if the request is approved, the user can move forward with their event. Users may be asked to revise any or all of their campaign to align with the party’s best-practices guidelines, and can resubmit their request once the appropriate edits have been completed.

Requirements

Before submitting a request, users should complete and save their campaign in CallHub and press “Pause” on the campaign until they receive written permission to move forward. The KDP can edit and must approve the following: script, phone # setup with 10DLC, and VAN sync set-up. Once the approval form is submitted, and if the campaign is approved, users can then press “Start” on their campaign.

Timing

We will review all CallHub requests in 1-2 business days at which point you should receive a response and/or changes to your call/text campaign. Requests made before 6:00 pm EST will be reviewed as quickly as possible. Requests made after 6:00 pm EST will be reviewed the following morning, Monday - Friday. Please note that the support hours after Election Day will decrease and will vary.
