The VAN PHONE SCORES ANALYSIS report is designed to help users better understand the Phone Quality Scores that are present in Votebuilder through 'Create A List'. The graph on the top of each page shows the count of total phone numbers in each score range. However, as the Phone Quality Score in Votebuilder is not shown as a 0-100 score and is instead searchable by buckets, the bottom graph shows the score cut point for each bucket.
For instance, phone numbers that are marked as "Very High" in Votebuilder have a Phone Quality Score of 97.67 or higher. This represents the Top 25% of all phone numbers appended onto the voter file.
