Each campaign committee is allowed up to two (2) Level 1 Admin users. These designated users wills serve as the main point of contact between their committees and KDP.

County Party Admins can view their active users at https://kydemocratshelp.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002211208-county-party-users-report.. Campaign Admins can view their active users at https://kydemocratshelp.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002218883-campaign-votebuilder-users-administration.

To streamline communications, any and all support requests from other users within the committee need to first be raised to one of the Level 1 Admins to resolve any issues that arise. If the Level 1 Admin is not able to resolve their issue on their own, they can then pass it up to a State Admin. If an issue from a lower level user bypasses the committees' Level 1 Admin and is raised to the State Admin(s), the ticket will be reassigned to the Level 1 Admin for troubleshooting.

By utilizing this Support Request Process within campaign committees', campaigns can ensure their users are properly utilizing the system and that Admins are kept abreast of any potential issues that exist.

To ensure this support hierarchy works correctly, each committee is being manually set up to have their committee Admins as a RANK 2 USER within VAN'S SUPPORT REQUEST SET UP. With this set up intact, users with access levels 2-7 should see their campaigns' Level 1 Admin(s) in the "To:" Field when submitting a ticket as shown below:
