In order to build from the vast amount of data that was collected in 2020, KDP is sharing information about registered voters in Kentucky who volunteered with campaigns.
To help campaigns in Kentucky access and utilize this data, the KDP Data Team has compiled these leads and has created and shared these individuals as targets in Votebuilder. These targets will all begin with "Candidates: 2022 Volunteer Leads :".
The first of these targets is "2020 KDP: Completed Shifts" and consists of those voters in Kentucky who completed at least one shift for a campaign in 2020. Due to combining various backend sources and data practitioners (such as aggregating KDP and Biden/DNC data), adding additional granularity to these leads that are similar to the other 'VOLUNTEER LEADS' is not possible.
The second target is "2020 KDP: Vol Ask Yes-Maybe-Later" consists of those who were contacted by campaigns and responded by saying "Yes", "Maybe", or "Later" to the volunteer ask BUT did not complete a shift.
The third and final target is "2020 KDP: Yard Sign Requests", consisting of those voters who were contacted by a campaign and indicated they were interested in displaying a yard sign for a Democratic candidate.
