In order to capture and make data from the 2021 Reorganization process easily accessible and archivable for future use, several Activist Codes and Survey Questions were created to track this information.
These Activist Codes are shared with all county party committees in Votebuilder for identifying and engaging their precinct committee people. As the Reorganization process continues, additional codes will be created and shared to reflect which phase the process is in.

REORGANIZATION TRAINING / INFO SESSIONS:
During the lead up to Reorg, KDP hosted Info and Trainings Sessions for interested individuals and county parties. The participants signed up through Mobilize with that data syncing to Votebuilder. These individuals were then matched to the Voter File and made available as the following Activist Codes.
