Due to changes made by the DNC in administering the data warehouse that forms the basis for nearly all reports created by KDP, report creators no longer have the option to openly share reports.
Starting April 12, 2021, all reports are required to be shared by individually adding users manually to the report OR by adding users to a Google Group and sharing to all those within said group(s). For ease of sharing, KDP Report Creators will be adopting the latter option to share reports.
It is worth noting that viewers will need to share an account that is administered by Google to view the report.
