In order to build from the vast amount of data that was collected in 2020, the Biden for President campaign has shared their data with state parties for party usage. The leads from these datasets were matched to the voter file nationally and made available to state parties.

To help campaigns in Kentucky access and utilize this data, the KDP Data Team has compiled these leads and has created and shared these individuals as targets in Votebuilder. These targets will all begin with "Candidates: 2022 Volunteer Leads :".

The first of these targets is the "BFP Store Customers" and consists of voters in Kentucky who donated to the Biden campaign by purchasing items from the campaigns' web store (consisting of items such as yard signs, t-shirts, stickers, to name a few).

The second target is the "BFP Volunteer Signups" and consists of voters in Kentucky who signed up to volunteer through Mobilize, expressed interest in volunteering with the campaign online, or were users for organizing applications (OutVote) used by the campaign.

The next targets, beginning with "BFP Volunteer SQ", consists of voters in Kentucky who were contacted by the campaign (normally text messages) and responded by saying "Yes", "Maybe", or "Later" to the volunteer ask. It is likely there will be some overlap with the two targets listed above.
