Named Candidate VAN Committees are permitted two (2) Level 1 Admin users and these individuals will serve as the main point of contact for their committee(s).
Any and all support requests from other users in the committee will need to first go to the Level 1 Admin, who can then escalate to the State Party Admin if they cannot resolve issue. If an issue from a lower level user bypasses the committees Level 1 Admin and is raised to the State Admin(s), the ticket will be reassigned to the Level 1 Admin for troubleshooting.
