If you’d like TextOut to automatically populate the sender’s first name or contact’s first name in the Initial Outbound message, use the following style: {{ContactFirstName}} and {{SenderFirstName}}. For example, your message might look like this: “Hi {{ContactFirstName}}, I’m {{SenderFirstName}}, talking to voters about this year's Attorney General race.”
