Why can’t I see emails in VAN?

  • Emails are always local to the committee that those emails are put in (regardless if in MyVoters or MyCampaign)

    • Unless you or someone have in the past put an email in that campaign/county party/organization’s VAN, there will be no emails present

  • Emails from other campaigns/county parties/organizations are not included with VAN Access. 

    • Sharing email lists leads to an increase in spam and a decrease in email deliverability rates

    • We recommend organic collection of emails since that will have higher open rates and deliverability rates


What happens to the emails my campaign enters?

  • If you collect email addresses and add then to your committee, those are proprietary to your campaign and will not be shared to any other committee.
