Why can’t I see emails in VAN?
Emails are always local to the committee that those emails are put in (regardless if in MyVoters or MyCampaign)
Unless you or someone have in the past put an email in that campaign/county party/organization’s VAN, there will be no emails present
Emails from other campaigns/county parties/organizations are not included with VAN Access.
Sharing email lists leads to an increase in spam and a decrease in email deliverability rates
We recommend organic collection of emails since that will have higher open rates and deliverability rates
What happens to the emails my campaign enters?
- If you collect email addresses and add then to your committee, those are proprietary to your campaign and will not be shared to any other committee.
