When running Facebook ads to your targeted voters, you will need to edit the fields you are exporting to make it match the preferred Facebook format.
Most notably, you will need to add a Country Code (US) to the file as well as a format the phone number to reflect the Country Code (1) so that numbers appear as 1-(111)-111-1111.
