If you are signing up potential volunteer leads at events in person, or even online, having a default spreadsheet template is vital to enter data into the system.
To upload these individuals into MyCampaign and have the best likelihood of matching them to the voter file, these pieces of information as separate fields are vital:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
- City
- State
- ZIP Code
- Phone Number
With these pieces of information, we should have a very good chance of matching people to their voter file record in MyVoters.
